The Team
		Allow me to introduce Villa San Michele’s greatest asset: its team. Their dedication to serving guests through the years has created a reputation of which we are very proud. Most of these professionals have been working at Villa San Michele for many years, creating a unique continuity of service, care and attention to our 'family' of guests, who regularly return to stay with us. Marco Novella, General Manager

Marco Novella is the most recent person to join Villa San Michele. Born in Milan, he began his career in hospitality with the Four Seasons and then went on to manage several Starwood properties in Italy.

Attilio supervises the busy Villa San Michele kitchen as well as its renowned cookery school, where he shares some of his secrets with guests. Originally from Abruzzi, Attilio gained experience at the Hotel Cipriani, Venice and at hotels and restaurants worldwide.
