REPORTING TO: RESTAURANT MANAGER
Job Purpose:
Direct and organize the Restaurants function in order to maintain high standards of food & beverage
quality, service and merchandizing to maximize the profits.
Specific skills and abilities:
Must be able to speak , write and understand Italian, English, French and German.
Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers. Most tasks are performed in a team environment
with the employee acting As a team leader.
- Must be entitled to work in the E.U.
Previous experience:
In the same position in a 4-5 stars Hotel
