Chef de Rang and Commis de Rang

REPORTING TO: RESTAURANT MANAGER

Position Purpose:

To present and serve all menu/beverage items to the guest to the hotel's standard in an efficient and courteous manner

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. To actively sell and promote the facilities the hotel has to offer resulting in an increase in profits
2. To be attentive to guests' needs and requests whilst maintaining a polite and helpful attitude resulting in positive
guest feedback
3. To ensure personal appearance is neat, tidy and clean at all times as set out in the staff handbook
4. To comply with all legal, fire, health and safety regulations

Job Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Italian, teamwork, product knowledge, good people skills

- Must be entitled to work in the E.U.

Previous experience:
Waiting experience within a reputable establishment
