For Riccardo Caloffi, working at the Villa is a dream come true. During his childhood he used to pass by the hotel and imagine the parties and exciting people inside, hoping to one day be among them.

Riccardo is devoted to making every guest feel at home, preparing Italian and international cocktails. His favourite is the Martini, which he creates in many delicious guises.
