Eat Well, Be WellStay: 4 days and 3 nights Cookery lessons: 2
This creative and informative cooking programme will teach guests how to make healthy meals, along with useful information about nutrition and how to keep the body healthy and in particular, the heart.
Chef Attilio Di Fabrizio, will teach guests how to prepare dishes which combine healthy, but tasty, food. Guests will be able to take away with them a number of recipes that are healthy, nutritious and fun to create. The three day course has been organised in cooperation with the Cultural Association who are currently active in promoting healthier lifestyles through the art of cooking.
During the course, Prof. Pietro Modesti, a Cardiologist at Florence University, and Prof. Oliviero Rossi, an Immunologist, will chair a round table on one of the afternoons to talk about dietetics, cardiology, immunology, and answer any questions from the participants. Course Dates:

The price is inclusive of 3 nights (half board), regional wines, 2 lessons, and all materials and necessary ingredients.
Please note: - The courses are reserved for guests staying at Villa San Michele.
- The lessons are held in English and Italian; other languages are available upon request.
- The courses are for a maximum of 10 participants and the approach is highly personalized.
- The lessons are held in the morning (from 10.00 to 12.30) and/or in the afternoon (from 15.30 to 18.30).
- Hours not taken up by lessons and all the evenings are free.
- At the end of every lesson, the dishes prepared will be served for a meal (lunch or dinner) to be enjoyed in the company of the Chef.
- The complete list of the dishes taught during the lessons with recipes will be handed over upon arrival.
