Day 3: In the morning a second cooking lesson in the morning on traditional Tuscan cuisine with Chef Attilio, followed by lunch based on the dishes prepared together. The afternoon will be free, in a way that you can relax on the pool and the gardens of Villa San Michele or have a tour of Florence. Dinner at leisure in the Hotel Restaurant, included in the programme.
Day 4: Third and final cooking lesson in the morning, with chef Attilio, followed by lunch based on the dishes prepared together.
Check-out from the room will be within noon. The Front Desk takes care of the luggage. Supplement for the check-out on request.
During your stay you will have the chance to explore the boutiques of Florence (a mere 12 minutes away thanks to the hotel’s free private shuttle service that runs every 20 minutes), the pool and the gardens of Villa San Michele, and the exquisite cuisine of our top-flight restaurant, served in the Loggia or in the Cloister according to the weather and seasons.

- The lessons are held in the morning (from 10.00 to 12.30).
- Hours not taken up by lessons and all the evenings are free.
- At the end of every lesson, the dishes prepared will be served for a meal (lunch or dinner) to be enjoyed in the company of the Chef.
