Between the Villa and the FarmhouseThe countryside of Chianti, the museums of Florence, designer boutiques, characteristic farms and exquisite gastronomy, luxury and “le chic simple”: Capannelle and Villa San Michele open their doors to you to give the best of enchanting Tuscany. Day 1: Arrive at Villa San Michele. Dinner is at your leisure, relax and settle in to this ancient and refined Renaissance monastery.
Day 2: Start your Petit Tour. In the morning, a visit to the Uffizi and the Galleria dell'Accademia, with their splendid artworks (guaranteed no waiting, you will already have your tickets!). Lunch at the renowned “Cantinetta Antinori” Restaurant & Wine Bar, followed by an afternoon spent as you wish; maybe relax by the swimming pool in Villa San Michele, or go shopping in Florence or in the Gucci, Prada and Armani outlets. Dinner can be taken at your leisure.
Day 3: Depart for Capannelle, where a barbecue lunch prepared by our butler awaits you. Afternoon in the farmhouse, with a guided tour of the cellars (and a talk about the vineyard) followed by wine and olive oil tastings (Saturdays and Sundays excluded). Dinner is at your leisure.
Day 4: Departure for Siena. Enjoy a half-day guided tour of the architectural beauties of the city; lunch and afternoon at your leisure. Dinner in a typical restaurant in Badia a Coltibuono.
Day 5: At leisure. Indulge in the most complete idleness or choose from the many pleasurable activities in Capannelle and around.

The rate is based on the assumption that guests have their own car. To hire a car or a chaffeur-driven limousine please contact our Concierge Maurizio Ammazzini at rsv@villasanmichele.net, and he will be pleased to organize that for you.
