Marco Novella is the newest member of the Villa San Michele team.
Born in Milan, he began his career in hospitality with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and then went on to manage several Starwood hotels in Italy.
Marco explains his philosophy in life: “I appreciate and value diversity. I like people who are open and straight to the point, but who leave the door open for discussion. I admire honesty in relationships and believe in friendship built on shared values and emotions, rather than on material interests. I like to listen and learn from others and I respect people’s backgrounds and personal history. I don’t like hypocrisy and never place material interests first in my life.
"I have a passion for travel and I love to meet people from diverse cultures. I have many hobbies, including music and live concerts, photography, theatre and reading. I enjoy long walks and I practice any kind of sport whenever I can, in particular jogging and tennis."
