The Vivoli family has been creating their delicious “gelato” masterpieces in Florence since 1930. 

Just for guests of the Villa San Michele, “Vivoli” will open the doors to its historical “gelateria”  for an unforgettable experience in ice-cream making. You will also meet members of the family who will personally reveal anecdotes on their unusual history, followed by an exquisite, multi-flavoured ice-cream tasting. 

Chocolate
Visits to chocolate workshops with master chocolate makers
In Andrea Bianchini’s “Bottega del Cioccolato” shop, your senses will revel in the luscious creations of artisan-made chocolate.  During the two-hour course, you will be in ecstasy learning how creation becomes art and art turns into exquisite chocolate. For the young ones, a fun-filled, scrumptious class!!

The course is not available on Sundays.
