The Vivoli ice-cream parlour is one of the most famous in the world—and rightly so! It has been creating its delicious “gelato” masterpieces in Florence since 1930.

Exclusively for guests of Villa San Michele, Vivoli will open the doors to its historic gelateria for an unforgettable experience in ice-cream making. You will also meet members of the family, who will recount anecdotes about their fascinating history, followed by a mouth-watering, multi-flavoured ice-cream tasting session.

Chocolate

A dream visit for any chocoholic, this workshop at Andrea Bianchini’s Bottega del Cioccolato is a veritable feast for the senses.
During a two-hour course, you will learn how creation becomes art and art turns into exquisite chocolate. A fun-filled, truly delectable event.
The course is not available on Sundays.
