For Corrado Corti, Chef de Cuisine at Hotel Splendido, cooking is synonymous with travel. His joy is to discover different countries, gastronomic regions, restaurants and kitchens, with their many scents and flavours.
Born in Lombardia, Corrado journeyed around the world before arriving at the Hotel Splendido in 1999. He manages a brigade of 22 people with the strength of a lion—and sometimes roars like one, but only because he’s a perfectionist! And he has to be, because at La Terrazza Restaurant, attention to detail and great combinations of flavours, tastes and presentation are essential.
